Nicholas Chadi is a pediatrician specialized in adolescent and addiction medicine and a Clinical Research Scholar with the Fonds de Recherche du Québec. He is currently an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Montreal and co-director of the interdisciplinary gender diversity clinic and director of the adolescent substance use clinic at Sainte-Justine University Hospital Centre.
Dr. Chadi completed his medical degree at McGill University, his pediatric residency training at the University of Montreal, and fellowships in Adolescent Medicine and Global Journalism at the University of Toronto. He also obtained a Master of Public Health and completed a Pediatric Addiction Medicine Fellowship at Harvard University.
A strong advocate for child and youth well-being, Dr. Chadi’s research focuses on substance use prevention and treatment, gender identity and mental health among adolescents. In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys running, singing and spending time with his partner and son.
